Faure, Garbriel


(1845-1924), French composer, studied at the Ecole Niedermeyer in Paris, served as organist at Rennes, St. Sulpice, and St. Honore. He taught at the Ecole Conservatory and the Paris Conservatory.
He composed requiem. elegie, incidental music, one symphony and piano music.
